The Development Agency of Ston (RAST) is a key driver of local development in the Municipality of Ston and the broader region. As a business support institution, our goal is to strengthen the local economy through strategic planning, providing advisory support, and connecting all relevant stakeholders – entrepreneurs, local government, civil society, and institutions.

We were established as a commercial company owned by the Municipality of Ston, ensuring close collaboration with local institutions and tailoring our actions to the real needs of the community.
